not-so-Furry Friday

No post this week because I'm in a bad mood. The story that I want to talk about is an unhappy one, and we've already been warned against "Facebook" posts with animal details.

*disgruntled grunt*

I just finished my shower and am heading in to work early today (was planning on just my usual shift) because of the number of pager calls. I might as well get paid for being annoyed.

While I don't know the details in the "no animal details, we're British" situation, but my gut reaction is this is an unreasonable demand. Give 'em a warning in your subject line and then write about what you want to.

I think the warning did not intend to forbid posts like Furry Friday which are my own personal experiences, even if I do sometimes end up recounting words spoken or written to me by others. The wording of the prohibition seemed more about "confidential details" such as medical or history (prior owner) information. I think.

The story I wanted to mention, though, was about an animal (previously featured here on Furry Friday) that was euthanized. Therefore medical, therefore inappropriate. I think.

I dunno, but I'm feeling too scatterbrained to ponder it seriously, so no actual post today. *grunt*
