HBO has made available (to non-subscribers like me) an interview with Jimmy Carter. In this clip, they make a lot of interesting assertions, like a Republican was in the White House during each financial meltdown during the last 110 years. It'd be interesting to hear PolitiFact.com (whose impartiality I value) weigh in on this assertion.
