I agree completely. Hasan Minhaj did an excellent piece (YouTube, 25 minutes) on the topic, specifically calling out TurboTax. Even before that, John Oliver did a story (YouTube, 16 minutes) on corporate tax avoidance and another one (YouTube, 13 minutes) on the IRS itself and how it was defunded by Republicans ("Government is broken, and we'll break everything in order to prove it.").

It absolutely doesn't have to be this way.
