It's a lot to think about. I see some edits that I intend to make shortly, mostly minor grammar stuff, but I will change the estimated 10 minutes between sleep interruptions to 15 minutes. I counted during that night, and I know for certain that it was more than every half hour, but I can't remember the number of interruptions now to "do the math" properly. I'm sure that 10 minutes is too frequent. As a recurring schedule, I expect it was either one "check in" to the room by the guard every 15 or 20 minutes. I'll guess 15 for now.
