those Bernie photoshops
Some people seem unhappy that the Bernie Sanders meme overshadowed the inaugurants (did I just create a new word?) Biden and Harris themselves this week. Clearly, people needed the quiet practicality of a dedicated old man who braces himself for the cold weather with plain clothing during an outdoors event. An NBC station serving an area of Vermont has a short explanation about the mittens.
I've seen a few "best of" compilations which rarely include the ones that I like best, so I'm listing my favorites here. Some of them come from individuals, but some of them come from companies or celebrities joining the moment. There's even a video where New York City Subway asks people to wear a mask on transit (even a 2-hour YouTube mix). Also, don't miss out on the thread of Bernie-in-a-chair size comparison with undersea animals, because it's both fun and educational.

I have hyperlinked each photo to where I first found it, if I still had a link available. I cannot guarantee that's the original source, though. People have been sharing these images freely all week, so there's a lot of transmission out there.
If you want to create a new meme, you can add Bernie to an image of your own, or you can use a location from Google Maps.
