Wow. And the jail phone system is based on Collect technology. It might as well be carrier pigeon.

I couldn't tell on the T-Mobile website for my own account, so I called the 800 number for help. The support staff didn't know either and suggested I drop by a store to ask at a desk. I'll do that soon, so I could receive such a call if I need to in the future.
