Well, I went bald in my 30's, I sure have some gray hair, and presbyopia's been apparent for a few years, and I'm still in my 40's. I joke about being old partly because most of the software engineers I work with have tended to be rather younger than I. My wife, also in her 40's, already has bad knees.
