If only I could learn to schedule it.
I woke up 1.5 hours early today to a muscle cramp in my right calf. The kitten crawled onto my chest to investigate what the whimpering was about. Afterwards, I noticed the simultaneous muscle twitches in my left hamstring, left scalp near my ear (again), and my right forearm.
It took half a year after my backpacking trip when symptoms mysteriously took a vacation of their own, but apparently I'm now "back to normal".
