Hrmmm. Those pockets are not sealed, though, so they wouldn't retain seeds in them. I imagine some kind of tube that's flattened and folded, with the ends fitting neatly into little pockets to keep the tube folded in half.

I know someone locally who's into origami, so I may ask her if she knows of a shape like that.
