still tired

This long holiday weekend was a good example of my energy level. Mostly, I catnapped 4 days in a row. I watched a lot of television while drifting in and out of sleep. I played a few computer games, but only for an hour or two at a time. One night of insomnia was the only interruption of this routine. I never did get around to a Powershell project that I wanted to work on.
Yes, I whine again and again about being tired. It's a frustrating new condition, though. My health has definitely improved since metronidazole, except for the low energy and concentration. I can't remember the last time I experienced muscle cramps, but it's been a long time. I still get twitches, but they do seem to continue decreasing slowly in frequency, severity, and duration. That's really good news. I just wish my energy level would pick up again.
I finished my bottle of B12 pills, so I bought a new one. This time, I am increasing the dosage from 500 micrograms to 2000 micrograms. An article at Mayo Clinic says that B12 deficiency has been improved by taking such high dosage "for up to 2.5 years or longer". I consistently find articles supporting the notion that vitamin D helps resist the demyelination process, which I hope I am finally past. I find conflicting accounts, however, of vitamin D assisting the process of remyelination, where I think I am now. I will continue with that supplement until I finish this bottle, just in case it helps.
It's time for me to get dressed for work. I'd rather go take a nap on the couch.
