Passports don't usually have addresses on them. You write that in pencil so it can be changed. I'd try that first.
Is this to prove you exist or that you live in the state?
If It is to prove you live in the state then perhaps another bill like a utility bill or phone bill would work. You can get a copy of your bank statement by going to the bank. It might cost you and it might not.
