P.S. the flat transaction tax sounds reasonable. We Commoners get taxed on just about everything, including food in many U.S. States, every time money passes into and out of our hands. Sure, against selfish interest to support the population that supports them, but the monetarily wealthy owe it to the societies. Socialism is practiced at the highest level and amongst families and friends in the other socio-economic strata.
