covid-19 on 2020 March 15 Sunday
2020-Mar-15, Sunday 05:58 pmDr. Mike answers some important questions about this epidemic. Very useful answers.
I spent about 7 hours at the office today, preparing machines for WakeOnLan and other startup options in case we're all (including I.T. support) strictly forbidden from entering the office for an extended time. I don't usually work on Monday, but I'm going in tomorrow too, since that is our "test run" day for all employees to work from home, then come to the office for any necessities they forgot.
Unrelated, but when I got home after 5pm, the police had blockaded my street. It apparently wasn't gunfire, because at least 3 firetrucks were scattered around with their hoses out. I didn't see anything burned down, so they must've arrived in time to save the structure.
