not very interactive
2023-Jan-22, Sunday 12:13 pmI'm still reading Dreamwidth blogs, although I haven't been replying to other people. I've mentioned a time or two already here that my mood was off-kilter. It seemed to increase recently with the addition of restless leg syndrome, which has been ruining my sleep. I got as little as 2.5 hours of sleep one night this week. Last night was probably my best sleep in a while, though still not up to the usual duration.
I'm not sure what to make of it yet. I'm just acknowledging that it's happening. It doesn't appear to be some rare side effect to the monkeypox vaccine, although the timing is coincidental. (Speaking of it, I need to update the weekly photos of my bruises on my arms, which are still there.) Algorithms suggested this article to me today, mentioning some points on baby routines that improve their sleep. I might start taking a shower soon before bedtime. I'm usually a morning shower person, getting clean before the day's socialization starts, back in the Before Times when work happened in an office building.
Anyway, that's what is happening lately.
