the news covered the grocery store last night

The local news did a good piece last night on the grocery store closure. They said in their 2-minute video clip what I and everyone else are saying. It's hard to believe there are so few options for a city area that has 70,000 people in it.

I may make another trip today to help pick over whatever is left there. I should try to bring back the "big" items that are more troublesome to carry long distances in limited bag space: toilet paper, paper towels, corn flakes. From now on, I suppose I'll do my local shopping at the asian grocery. I visited once, back in October. I don't remember what non-food items they have, though. At least it's more than just meat and junk food, which the "So Low" is kind of locally infamous for having (plus occasional weapon incidents).

I woke up with a headache/mood again. It's the same double-banded (under the eyebrows and at the base of my skull) headache that I've mentioned earlier. I haven't taken aspirin since the doctor visit. I wonder how long it will take for my transferrin levels to drop and my mood to improve? At least I haven't had any more muscle cramps. But... I'm officially declaring today as a non-jobhunt day.
