frogs singing at Logan Pond

There really are nice things to be found here in my Jordan neighborhood of north Minneapolis. For instance, a block away from my house is Logan Pond (not Logan Park). The city tore down houses along an entire city block except for 2 lucky ones at the end of the block, so they could dig out the low point even further and establish a storm water drainage area. Ducks and frogs are easy to find there (yes, along with trouble).

I mentioned to bitterlawngnome back in 2020 the wonderful frog chorus that lured me away from my house to investigate the sound. Now, I've finally recorded video of the sound at its peak. It lasts only a day or two each spring.
