Navage?

Do you have any experience with the Navage product for cleaning sinuses?

For years, I've used a Neti pot and similar products. They are very helpful. They're all a little bit cumbersome, though, to rotate my head at just the right angle to get water flowing properly through my head and into the sink. I am curious, before I spend money on it, if the Navage is really as convenient as it seems to be in the commercials.

Does it work? Is cleaning it easy? Inquiring minds want to know.
