mellowtiggerI go in tomorrow morning for my 2nd dose of Pfizer. I'd be happy with the same effect afterwards as the 1st dose, but supposedly the 2nd shot is worse. I'll soon find out.
Work is demanding face protections indoors at every moment. Unless you're a bigwig with a private office, of course. I can't simultaneously see clearly (through fogged up glasses) and breathe safely (through a mask). I think I'll try adding some construction goggles over my glasses and discover if I can get through the workday on Monday like that.
My Asian neighbors moving from Minnesota to Hawaii are having some underground work done around their house now. I'll be very disappointed to see that house go on the market soon.
On a related note, Minnesota Public Radio hosted a discussion today about anti-Asian discrimination here. I listened for an hour, and it was pretty good. I hope to post more details and links some other day.
I think we're finally past freezing temperatures here in Minneapolis. It was still cold with occasional snowflakes just a few days ago. I wish outdoors wasn't a cacophony of thundering bass music and machinery. I'd be outdoors doing some much needed gardening right now.

My second Pfizer wasn't much worse than my first, here's hoping.
