I understand that most dreams are tied to REM sleep, and that apnea interrupts that cycle, so it makes sense when sleep is restored. (I know that I also have a slight apnea problem, but my face broke out in rashes everywhere the CPAP mask touched my skin, so I've never actually treated it.) I wonder what a fixed schedule of both school and work has done to the human mind and brain?
