mellowtiggerI don't know what it is, but something is making my sinuses riot this week. Yesterday was bad. I rinsed out my sinuses 3 times. I took my short-term OTC (over the counter) pills. I've already been taking my daily long-term OTC pills. Last night, I stuffed tissue up my nostrils and breathed through my dried out mouth all night, just so I didn't have to deal with my sinuses.
This morning, I blew out the crud, sprayed some OTC antihistamines up my newly-cleared sinuses. Today I have at least maintained clear airways all day. I've been a zombie, though. As I've said repeatedly over the years, antihistamines just make me stop caring what my symptoms are. I find myself wondering how long I've been staring into space, or how many times have I repeated this section of the YouTube clip for jobhunting tips? Thank goodness I haven't had any interviews this week.
I've had bad allergies my whole life, and they are really quite annoying.
