One of the greater annoyances here in the Philippines, even in the National Capital Region, is inadequacy of some delivery stuff. The national postal service is dreadful for some things and no point trying to order online from places like https://www.lazada.com.ph/ in the neighborhood I'm living in (slightly scary reputation but really not bad).
