Retaining a job is an angle that I hadn't really considered as much. I was thinking more in terms of: * how people get to hear about job opportunities (social networking), * how people get hired for a job (passing the social face-to-face interview), and * how people get their particular salaries (knowing the right people in the right way (not being the wrong gender or skin color helps too)).
