local: movie The 5000 Fingers of Dr T.

This is extremely short notice, I know, but I just discovered last night that the movie was showing here.  I will be attending the Saturday 2pm showing (the only showing, actually) of "The 5000 Fingers of Dr. T" at the Heights Theater.

If the temperature were above freezing, I'd be out in the garden today.  But it's not, so I'll be indoors instead.  :)

It's a wonderful movie. I recommend it.
It stars a VERY young Hans Conried.
It features the dressing song which is very gay for 1953.
For those who can't get to your area to see it on the big screen it is available on DVD.

Pass me my lavendar spats, please.

Even better... before the main event, they showed a Laurel and Hardy silent film. They had an organist there up front playing the Wurlitzer for the soundtrack. He did a very good job putting the "mood music" to the scenes.
