mellowtiggerI should just avoid reading anything online when it's April 1st (April Fool's Day in America). *exasperated sigh*
I paid all of the bills (federal taxes, monthly health and auto insurance, monthly rent), and I have about $300 left. *despondent sigh*
I start working on my Minnesota state taxes, and then I quit soon thereafter. Repeat a few times. It's much more complicated than the national tax forms. Life was surely simpler when the local lords would just send thugs to come beat you up for your tribute. *depressed sigh*
I hate bureacracy. I've now written MN Care twice that I received an increase to my hourly wages at work and they should recalculate (increase) my monthly health insurance payments. No word back yet. I got a letter from some company in Wisconsin that might have to do with the bill on my electromyography session. I can't tell for sure from the wording in the letter.
I should review my spending, I guess, to see where I've gotten sloppy in my thriftiness. It's not like there's a lot of room for extravagance. Maybe I should consider going on a diet, since I think food would be my next biggest expense.
