Why not make a company that can create replacement panels for various automobiles out of recycled (and recycleable again) plastics? In Minnesota (and probably coastal states too) there's a lot of salt-induced rust that could be solved by plastic. Even if the color was not an exact match, it'd still look and perform better than rusted out holes. Or does somebody already do this?
