computer desk?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a computer desk? My new job sent me a laptop and 2 big monitors. I realized my existing desk just doesn't have space for 4 total monitors. I could use a KVM switch to toggle between gaming computer and work laptop, but that would be too tempting during the workday. I'd rather keep them separate.
The one big requirement is that it always be easy to disassemble into flat parts easily lifted and moved by me. I've had my current computer desk for over a quarter-century because it works so well on this point. I'd buy another if they were still made. Unfortunately, I can't find a tag anywhere on it that would suggest the manufacturer, so I could look for a recent alternative from them.
If I go with one of the newfangled adjustable-height models, I definitely want a simple hand crank (on the side, not the front) to avoid extra mechanical parts that can fail. I found this one, although I can't tell from the pictures how easy it is to disassemble this thing back into its basic parts.
If I go with a standard desk, then I think I like the simplicity of this one. I could add above-desk shelving of my own later (like this or this), if I really needed it. My curent desk has 2 legs on each side, granting great stability. I'm not sure what to think of all the models these days that have only one pillar per side.
