a little more snow

The snowstorm was supposed to blow south of the Twin Cities, but we ended up getting 4-8 inches of snowfall across the metro.  I'd guess about 5 inches at my house.

Luckily I'm over the Influenza-A infection at last, so I managed to dig out the sidewalk and my car without dropping into fits of coughing outdoors.  If this had happened last weekend, I wouldn't have made it through in a single trip outdoors.

I did cough for a while when I came indoors afterwards, but even that has passed for now.

I had probably 6-7", with about 3' at the end of the driveway from the plow (it came up to my waist). The corner sidewalk had about 4', so thankfully the guy across the street helped with that using his gas snowblower that's way more powerful than my electric.

We had about 7 inches over here in the west metro. Luckily this was light fluffy snow, easily shoveled. By 4pm driving home from running around a lot of streets are already clear of all snow. The parking lots on the other hand...
