a quick update on a freezing day

We've had a wee bit of snow in Minneapolis, with more dusting expected throughout the day.  It's irrelevant and will melt completely tomorrow.  It's only 1 degree above freezing today, but much warmer weather is forecast for Thursday.

I moved the path southwards on Monday.  It looked mostly straight when viewed against the neighbor house in the background, but it was more obviously skewed when I went to the alley and looked towards my own house instead.  Now, it's better.

I laid out the framework for the other tile paths, since I knew rain and snow were coming.  I hauled up the black tarp that I laid down last year, dug up the dirt a bit, then threw out some clover seed all over the new paths.  I look forward to clover paths this year (assuming I somehow stay in the house).

I had a dream last night.  Much of it is already forgotten, thank goodness.  It was horrible in a psychological sense, so I won't force myself to recall it now.  Like being in a Saw movie which I have never watched.  Clearly, I must think that literal psychopaths are running our global institutions, given the crises that face us these days.
