Ugh.

I don't know how, but I can't walk with my left knee. It didn't happen during 3 hours of gardening yesterday. It was late in the evening after I turned off the tv and started upstairs. Before I even reached the stairs, my left knee just suddenly hurt.

Sleeping the night didn't help. I went searching for my crutches from that time a decade ago when I had my DVT. I hope this clears up quickly. I'm supposed to do desk diving at work on Monday during my last week of actual work there.

1. Ibuprofen tablets with food to reduce swelling in case swelling is pressing on a nerve or a ligament

2. Topical voltaren gel also reduces swelling
and is gentler on stomachs
