It's already 1:30pm. How did it get so late already?  Well, let's see.  I was up late anyway, then there were fireworks in my alley at 2am, then a thunderstorm around 4am. I slept late. I went online for news and jobhunting.  No interviews this week yet, but I talked to my headhunter again, and I messaged another person collecting resumes for a job I applied for Monday.  Then I switched to gardening for a few hours. Which brings us here.

Juneberries! I picked about 1/4 of them (leaving others for neighbors and wildlife) for freezing and adding to yogurt later.

And some orange lillies are all flowering this week. Very pretty amongst the strawberry background.

I'm trying hard to focus on good thoughts about nature today (given the other news available).
