Today knocked out the previous winner for me being the "bad guy" at work. It was about the same policy, too. It'll be hard to top this one.

It's not often that you get to tell a dying person, "No, I will not help you with this simple thing that would ease one worry from your mind." I spent my last 30 minutes at work today, though, writing up exactly that statement in much longer form. It's a good thing that I have blogged for a decade and can sometimes put coherent thoughts together. I understand the rules, but I don't have to like them.

The whisky is starting to kick in, and dinner should be cooked shortly, so I can have a full tummy tonight.
