a little good news

I'm back home from the dentist, and I have a cap on my molar.  I'm hungry but not eating yet because my tongue and lips still don't work well.  He warned I need a mouth guard to prevent my teeth grinding, and this same tooth may break again because it's so thin now.  But, I have the appointment to see that dentist next week.  So, I'm counting this one as a "win".

My garden is starting to bloom.  I'll do a proper survey on another day when a few more flowers are open, but here's a nice group in the front yard right next to the sidewalk.  As always, click to embiggen.



So let's just call today a nice day and worry about all those other crises later.  :)
