not a happy camper

I haven't written much about the muscle twitches in a while because the last year has been better than expected.  Since the unexplained remission happened after last year's hiking trip, the twitches just haven't been as bad as before.  That situation has changed in the last month, though.

I woke up 3 separate times in August from muscle cramps in my right leg at various places.  I just spent the last 15 minutes dealing with recurring cramps in my right foot.  It seems to have settled down finally, but now my right shin, left hamstring, and left butt cheek are being twitchy.

Yeah, not a happy camper this evening.

Time for another hiking trip?

Yeah, or I should just load up the backpack and go hiking along the park trails in the city some weekend. If loading down my spine (increasing spinal fluid pressure) is all it takes, then that would be easy to do every once in a while.
