twitchless
2010-Oct-06, Wednesday 11:49 amSunday was painful, but it was barely noticeable on Monday and Tuesday as I went out for walks. I just realized, however, that I can't remember a single muscle twitch during the last 3 days. I haven't had such a respite in.... more than a year, I think.
What gives? How did the backpacking trip improve my nerve issues? The tingling is still there in the right foot and my jaw, but the muscle twitches are gone... at least temporarily. How does this new information figure into the diagnostic process?
Maybe I should start working out with weights to stress my muscles continuously?

Date: 2010-Oct-07, Thursday 01:29 am (UTC)Vitamin D: I spent lots more time in sunlight during the trip than usually do.
Vitamin B12: I ate 2 packages of beef jerky, probably more meat (by mass) than I usually eat in a short span of time.
Ammonia: I spent a long time away from my cat whose litterbox is in my bedroom.
Stress: Being away from noise/lights/people (except for my guide) is surely a good thing for me in any condition.
None of them seem to be a likely explanation. :(
