Sunday was painful, but it was barely noticeable on Monday and Tuesday as I went out for walks.  I just realized, however, that I can't remember a single muscle twitch during the last 3 days.  I haven't had such a respite in.... more than a year, I think.

What gives?  How did the backpacking trip improve my nerve issues?  The tingling is still there in the right foot and my jaw, but the muscle twitches are gone... at least temporarily.  How does this new information figure into the diagnostic process?

Maybe I should start working out with weights to stress my muscles continuously?

Try taking a Vitamin D supplement for awhile and see if it helps. It's important for the metabolism of all kinds of minerals, some of which a deficiency may cause those twitches.

I've been taking some myself lately to see if it helps with my arrhythmia issues, seems like I haven't had a major attack in awhile.
